It's is now 7 p.m. in China. We are in Fuzhou (fooJoe) . We got Kaili at about 10:00 p.m. last night, 10:00 a.m. in Virgina on Sunday. It was quite an experience getting here to Lakeside Hotel. 1st our plane was late getting in, then the driver of the bus went past the Hotel and then while taking the shortcut back, he hit a powerline going across the road on a narrow street and took the vent off the roof. Driving here is another experience, they drive on the same side as we do, when they want to.
Kaili went right to Deborah and we have not had one problem since. She is the most friendly and outgoing child I have ever seen. She smiles at everyone and loves to be held. When you kiss one side of her cheek she turns so you can kiss the other. She loves the Pepperidge Farms Baby Gold Fish, I hope we don't run out. She slept straight thru the first night and all looks good going forward. She only gets fussy when it's time to lay down and it only last a few minutes.
This morning at 9:15 we finalized the adoption with China, we signed our papers and had them notarized and gave the orphanage their donation. We did not have to go to the civil affairs office, the lady and notary came here to the hotel which was great. We then went to downtown and had a traditional chinese lunch, then of all places to Wal-Mart. Yes they have Wal-Mart, 2 things are different, it's 3 stories and the associates will help you here. Deborah is going to post some pictures and we will update again tommorrow. We are going on a tour of Fuzhou and to Buddhist Temple tommorrow. Can't wait to get back home.

Love, Randy, Deborah and Kaili
