Family Update . . .

It’s time, once again, for an update on the whole family. Let’s start with Randy’s dad this time. The good news is that his cancer has not grown since his last chemo treatment in August. The bad news is that he was in the hospital for almost 3 weeks, including Christmas day. He is home now and recovering very well. The doctors had to reroute an intestine due to a calcium build up that had completely blocked one of his intestines. We are very thankful for answered prayers that his cancer was not at all involved with this and that he has done so well in the recovery process.

Jeremy, Rose, and Mikah continue to do well. Rose is in her second semester of school and doing very well. We are so proud of her accomplishments. The Mikah-man turned 2 today – happy birthday buddy – we love and miss you. Mikah will begin a new journey on Monday as he begins daycare. I’m not sure who this will be harder on – Mikah not being with his Mom or Mom not being around Mikah!!! We wish you well on Monday Mikah!!!
Next on the list is Garrett. Garrett is taking this semester off from school. At this point in his life he has a lot of soul searching to do. We ask that you keep Garrett in your prayers as he goes through the process of sorting his life out and reprioritizing things.

Kaili, as allows, is growing by leaps and bounds. We left the world of pull-ups in late December and have not looked back!!!! In just the short few weeks – we have gone to needing someone in the bathroom with her – to just last night her looking at me and saying “No, Momma – you stay here – I can do it by myself!!” She continues to do well in school.
